Adult Classes

Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu combines physical conditioning with mental problem-solving while teaching practical self-defense through leverage, positioning, and technique. It’s an engaging way to get in shape, learn effective skills, and push your limits.

Kids Classes

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on building confidence, discipline, respect, and physical resilience through structured training and positive interaction. Classes are designed to keep kids engaged with age-appropriate instruction, movement, and games—balancing learning with fun. It’s a supportive environment where kids grow, make friends, and enjoy being active.

All of our kids class coaches are Safe Sport Certified, and have passed NCSI background checks!
