Your first class if completely free! If you’re interested please don’t hesitate to drop into any of our classes to try it out, no commitments!

For your first class, we'll provide a loaner gi if you need one. If you're attending a No-Gi class, comfortable athletic clothing (such as a t-shirt and shorts without zippers or compression wear) is all you need. We also recommend removing jewelry before training.

If you decide to continue training in the gi, you're welcome to use any Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi.
